These terms govern your use of neokit.site ("NeoKit"), operated by phpdev.in ("we", "us"). By using NeoKit you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The service
NeoKit provides free browser-based tools for processing images and PDFs and for performing calculations. Tools run on your device. We may add, change or remove tools at any time without notice.
2. Free to use, no account
NeoKit is free for personal and commercial use. You do not need an account. You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you are under 18, please use NeoKit with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use NeoKit to create forged, fraudulent or misleading documents. That includes fake invoices, fake rent receipts or altered certificates, and any document used to evade tax or deceive an authority.
- Only process files you have the right to use.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale or reverse-engineer the service for harmful purposes.
You are solely responsible for the documents you create and how you use them. For example, rent receipts must reflect rent actually paid, and invoices must reflect real supplies.
4. Accuracy: please read
We work hard to keep rules accurate and link every rule to its official source with a "last verified" date. However:
- Exam specifications, tax laws, GST rates, pay rules and university ordinances change, sometimes without notice.
- Calculators give estimates based on general rules and the inputs you provide. They are not tax, legal, financial or career advice.
- The 8th Pay Commission calculator is an estimate only. No fitment factor has been officially notified.
- Always confirm with the official notification, your employer, or a qualified professional before relying on a result.
5. No affiliation
NeoKit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government body, exam conducting authority (such as UPSC, SSC, IBPS or NTA), university, board, the Income Tax Department or GSTN. Names are used only to describe compatibility.
6. Intellectual property
The NeoKit name, logo, design and code are owned by phpdev.in. You keep all rights to your files and the documents you generate. Official rule text belongs to the respective authorities.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
NeoKit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that any output will be accepted by a particular portal or authority.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, phpdev.in and NeoKit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. This includes a rejected application, missed deadline, tax liability, penalty or data loss arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed ₹1,000.
9. Third-party content and links
We link to third-party and official websites for reference. We are not responsible for their content or availability.
10. Privacy
Your use of NeoKit is also governed by our privacy policy and cookie policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, courts in India having jurisdiction over phpdev.in will have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, please contact our Grievance Officer so we can try to resolve the issue.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
