How to use

  1. Choose one or more photos: phone camera shots of documents, screenshots or scans.
  2. Arrange the order: drag the rows on a computer, or use the ↑ ↓ buttons on a phone.
  3. Pick A4, Letter or “Fit to image”, the margin and orientation. Tick Keep under a size if a form has a limit (e.g. 500 KB).
  4. Tap Make PDF and download.

How the PDF is made

NeoKit writes the PDF from scratch with its own small PDF engine. Each photo is converted to JPEG and embedded directly, which is the most compact way to store photos in a PDF, so documents stay small. Pages use standard A4 (210 × 297 mm) or US Letter sizes, or exactly the image size if you choose “Fit to image”.

Frequently asked questions

Can I convert JPG to PDF on mobile without an app?

Yes. This page works in Chrome or Safari on any phone. The PDF is built on your device, so nothing is uploaded and no app is needed.

How do I make a PDF under 500 KB or 1 MB?

Tick “Keep under a size” and enter the limit. NeoKit splits the size budget across your images and compresses each one to fit, then checks the final PDF size.

Are my photos rotated correctly?

Yes. NeoKit reads the camera’s orientation tag and straightens each photo before placing it on the page.

Is there a page limit?

No fixed limit. Very large batches (50+ photos) may be slow on low-memory phones, so split them into two PDFs if needed.
